Work In Progress-2020

This major exterior renovation is helping a family preserve the legacy concrete work done by past family members who owned the property. Sentimental portions were carefully dug up and stored so they could be used in future sculptures as a tribute to the fond memories of this family summer home.

After the stonework was preserved demolition was done to regrade the entire property down to the waterline.

A gravel patio was replaced with formal pavers accented by a decorative perimeter. The new renovation features an outdoor kitchen, directional outdoor heaters, and an outdoor fireplace.

The new landscaping will feature:

  • Plantings up the hillside with extensive concrete retaining walls.

  • Out of sight RV parking pad

  • A he/she shed

  • Raised cedar planting boxes for vegetables.

  • Replacement of a legacy water feature with an updated fountain.

  • A fenced and gated property.
